We use CMM(1 set), 2D(2 sets),height gauge and other measuring equipment to control tooling and 

molding tolerance. All activities are compiled with ISO9001-2008 and TS16949-2008 standards.

RICH continuosly improve the mamagement, standardizition processes to ensure every process of

production quality in the ntrollable tolerance. Participation of all employees is the basis of RICH to 

survive and develop, which makes every process run efficiently and assure the product quality.

We carry out a full inspection of every component to ensure the mold quality. Product before delivery,

we will also carefully test test to ensure products meeting customers' prints.
